U18: Slovak representation during their first match shoot out Switzerland
To the first match in U 18 category (but the third during the first day of World Championship) came out national teams from Slovakia and Switzerland. The Slovak players were luckier to celebrate convincing victory.

Slovaks took up lead in the very beginning, Cavajda scored for the first time after eleven seconds. Kohutiar added second goal after eight minutes, who rebound Halas shot. Swiss team shot a contact goal in the half of twelveth minute. Studer scored after Maedenas assistance. Answer form the Slovak team came very early, after cooperation between Luptak and Sibic scored Halas.
The next goal came after a longer period in 29th minute. Kohutiar was succesful after rebounding shot from Halas. It was his second goal in the game.
In final part Slovakian team totally shoot out and outclassed their rival. At first Sibik increased the lead on 5:1, the sixth goal came right after from Direr. Seventh goal for Slovak team added Hlavač and final score on 8:1 was set by Direr after his second shot in the match
Swiss Streich had to go under shower untimely with 5+ to the end of match penalty after ramming on boards.
